The Business Risk and Control Senior Analyst role is a position that requires a seasoned professional with in-depth disciplinary knowledge. You will also be involved in risk assessment, monitoring, and mitigation, as well as ensuring adherence to policies and procedures related to operational and compliance risk management. To excel in this role, you must have 5-8 years of relevant experience, familiarity with work-flow systems, strong project management and organizational skills, excellent relationship building abilities, and clear written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, is required. A Bachelor's or University degree (or equivalent experience) is necessary for this position.
