Finance Manger

Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Management

• Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Manage cash flow, fund flow, and financial planning for business operations.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate and mitigate financial risks.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to management.

2. Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.
• Ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial performance reports for management review.
• Manage receivables, payables, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset register and general ledgers.

3. Internal Controls & Compliance

• Ensure statutory compliance for GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI and company law matters.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support timely completion.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls and SOPs.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and submission of required documents.
• Prevent financial leakages and ensure responsible usage of company funds.

4. Team Management

• Supervise and mentor the accounts & finance team.
• Delegate responsibilities, set KPIs, and monitor performance.
• Conduct training to improve financial knowledge and system usage across the team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance .
• Minimum 7+ years of core experience in finance & accounts.
• Strong expertise in Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll & statutory compliances.
• Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
