Reports To: CFO / Finance Head Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Professional to manage banking relationships, financial planning, and reporting in our manufacturing company. The role involves handling bank proposals, cash flow management, financial projections, and capex reporting to ensure efficient financial operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Banking & Financial Management: Prepare and submit bank proposals for term loans, working capital, and other financial instruments. Handle bank queries related to credit facilities, compliance, and financial reports. Maintain a strong relationship with banks and financial institutions. Monitor and optimize drawing power calculations based on stock, receivables, and other financial parameters. 2. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Prepare and analyze cash flow statements to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency. Optimize working capital by monitoring inventory, receivables, and payables. Ensure timely payments and collections to maintain a healthy financial position. 3. Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain long-term financial projections for business planning and decision-making. Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess risks and opportunities. Evaluate cost structures and suggest cost-saving measures. 4. Capex & Investment Analysis: Prepare Capex (Capital Expenditure) reports for new projects, expansions, and asset acquisitions. Assess the feasibility of capital investments and their impact on financial performance. Track capital spending against budgets and forecasts. 5. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with banking regulations, loan covenants, and financial reporting standards. Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other financial stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5+ years of experience in finance within a manufacturing company. Strong knowledge of banking procedures, financial modeling, and cash flow management . Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Tally, or ERP systems) and Excel Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Preferred Experience: Experience in banking documentation, project financing, and credit appraisals . Knowledge of manufacturing cost structures and working capital cycles .
