Role & responsibilities

CA First attempt from real estate background)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust financial models for project evaluation, budgeting, and forecasting
Finalize standalone and consolidated balance sheets in compliance with accounting standards
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project financing and investment decisions
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls
Prepare investor presentations, board reports, and MIS dashboards
Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies as required

Desired Candidate Profile

Chartered Accountant
(First Attempt)
with 2 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in real estate industry.
Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and scenario analysis
Strong experience in balance sheet finalization and financial reporting
Exposure to real estate or infrastructure projects is mandatory
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
