The PositionThe Manager - Finance, will be responsible to manage and execute financial controls to ensure timelyand accurate preparation of financial reportsThis role requires an in-depth understanding of Indian Accounting System and BFSI sector togetherThe incumbent will work closely with the management and business unit owners of the company.Department: FinanceLocation: MumbaiEmployment Type: Full timeRoles & Responsibilities Review journal entries, reconcile account balances, and prepare financial reports. Interact with business unit owners and stakeholders to produce timely and accurate monthly Management Information System (MIS). Participate in the development and establishment of systems and reporting data. Manage the chart of accounts and ensure accuracy in the general ledger. Ensure precise classification and booking of all transactions. Actively review and advise on financial and accounting processes. Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources. Assist budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financials. Prepare data required by internal and external stakeholdersKey Skills / Requirements CA with at 1-4 years of experience. Understanding of industry, financial, and credit principles.
