Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of finance operations: accounting, financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), monthly/quarterly close.
• Ensure internal controls are robust, and compliance with accounting standards & tax/regulatory frameworks is maintained.
• Coordinate with external auditors, statutory filings and liaise with banks or auditors as required.
• Build, mentor and drive the finance & accounting team in a high-growth startup environment.
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Fresher CA /Any Finance degree with relevant years of experience
• Experience: Non CA- 3-6 years in e-commerce, FMCG, or goods trading.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards is must.
• Proficiency in audit, taxation, compliance, and account reconciliation.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver results on time.
