As an Order to Cash Business Partnering leader you are expected to: Partner with business teams to support product/s launch and enable business expansions as a core team member representing Fice Operations. Participate in developing long range plans with business. Maintain exceptional relationship with business stakeholders, and identify and resolve key business issues impacting fice operations ability to provide optimal customer experience.
Work with various technology teams to innovate, identify, and develop long term scalable technology solutions to support business growth. Work with business groups to understand business model & different fice processes, and be a strong voice of controllership and compliance to Fice Operations interconnected process owners. Build processes, define procedures and policies with strong focus on Controllership and Compliance. Identify and develop opportunities for improved cash flow, margin or productivity internal and external to Fice Operations, collaborating and building relationships with system and business owners globally to drive end-to-end improvements and sound ficial and customer experience recommendations and successes. Identify and deliver improvements in downstream results by eliminating upstream inefficiencies and defects. Liaise with Tax, Legal and Accounting teams to understand their requirements and incorporate them in Business Requirement document (BRD) while engaging with technology teams to translate business requirements into configurable design specs. 8+ years of multiple fice and accounting roles experience 8+ years of Accounts Receivable (AR) experience 6+ years of applying key ficial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience 8+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience 8+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience Bachelors degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelors degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience MBA CPA 8+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience 8+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely ficial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., ficial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience MBA, or CPA Knowledge of SQL/ETL
