Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Cochin. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also includes developing financial strategies, managing audits, and leading the finance team to achieve the company's financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
• Experience in preparing Financial Statements and ensuring Regulatory Compliance
• Skills in Audit Management and developing Financial Strategies
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
• Experience in the retail or garment industry is beneficial
