Role & responsibilities

Blend financial expertise with sales acumen, focusing on driving revenue through financial products by understanding client needs, recommending solutions (investments, insurance, loans), managing relationships, hitting targets, analyzing markets, ensuring compliance, and handling related documentation and reporting, often involving roles like Sales Executive, Advisor, or Manager in banking, insurance, or investment firms.

Acting as a strategic finance partner, analyzing data to drive business decisions, improving profitability, managing budgets/forecasts, and partnering with non-finance teams (Sales, Marketing, Ops) on initiatives like pricing, new products, and cost savings, requiring strong analytical skills, modeling, and communication to translate numbers into actionable business insights for growth.
