Finance Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage the company's financial forecasting and budgeting processes. o Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. o Provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

• Accounting Oversight: Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. o Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and records.

• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax filings, and audit requirements. o Monitor and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets. o Coordinate internal and external audits and manage audit processes.

• Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring that the organization has sufficient liquidity for its operations. o Recommend measures to optimize cash flow, reduce costs, and improve financial performance.

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. o Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial decisions are aligned with business objectives.

• Strategic Financial Insights: Evaluate the financial impact of company initiatives and suggest improvements for operational efficiency and profitability. o Provide financial data to support the company's growth strategy, acquisitions, and investments.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
