Present Role – Finance Manager – AIF & merchant banking

Reporting –Managing Director/ Fund Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calculation of income and expenditure for the fund on monthly/quarterly/Annually basis and calculate NAV for the fund for every month.

2. Provide various inputs to fund analyst for preparation of various reports

3. Calculation of various tax liabilities of the fund as well as investors and coordinate the same with the auditor as well as fund accounting firm

4. Ensuring the tax payment as well as other regulatory dues within time limits

5. Preparation of P&L as well as balance sheet on monthly/quarterly as well annually basis for the fund

6. Preparation of P&L as well as balance sheet on monthly/quarterly as well annually basis for the merchant banking/investment banking unit

7. Handling all accounting as well as finance related work for fund, merchant banking unit

8. Any other related ancillary work

Qualifications:

· CA is compulsory (CA)

· Minimum Exp of 2 years post qualification in related field as finance manager

· Understanding of fund working, investment bank working

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
