Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Accounting Operations :
Oversee and manage the accounting all BU's, including tasks like accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cost accounting.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and publish timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Internal Controls:
Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Audit Management:
Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Staff Supervision:
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital management.
Strategic Contribution:
Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, CA Qualified , .
Experience: Extensive experience in accounting- AR, AP, PNL management and books closure. ( Exp > 10 Years )n
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for managing teams and stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to identify and resolve financial issues.
