Job Description

1. Position Overview

managing financial planning, investment analysis, portfolio tracking, budgeting, reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and financial modelling skills, experience in managing investment portfolios, and deep knowledge of financial markets.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Financial Analysis & Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial statements, MIS reports
, and performance dashboards.
Analyse financial results, variance, profitability, cash flows, and operational metrics.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

B. Investment Analysis & Portfolio Management

Evaluate investment opportunities (equity, mutual funds, bonds, real estate, private equity, etc.).
Conduct
financial modeling, ROI analysis, risk evaluation, feasibility studies
, and valuation.
Maintain and monitor the companys investment portfolio.
Prepare reports on portfolio performance, market trends, and investment risks.

C. Banking & Treasury Operations

Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital planning, and fund allocation.
Coordinate with financial institutions for investment products, loans, treasury products, and banking support.
Assist in liquidity management and ensuring optimal cash utilisation.

D. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Work closely with senior management to support investment decisions.
Communicate with brokers, banks, consultants, and financial advisors.
Present financial insights in review meetings.
