Job Description

Job Role: Site Solution Associate

Experience: 1+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Mode of work: Office Based

Must have skills : Account Payables, Invoice processing

Industry : Pharma

Essential Functions

Receives and reviews incoming invoices via standard mail, email and fax;
Generate one-time billings for client sites in departments proprietary system;
Scans and posts site invoices and back up documentation to the billings within proprietary system;
Manages Level I site inquiries in the designated case management system;
Responds promptly to site inquiries in conjunction with designated department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
Directs advanced/escalated requests and unresolved issues to designated project team;
Executes various administrative tasks that support the ongoing lifecycle of a project; • Other duties as assigned

Work Experience Details (required unless specified)

Demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel) required
Strong attention to details and accuracy required
Ability to multi-task required
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, required
Prior experience in client service at a biotechnology company, CRO, pharmaceutical company or other organization supporting research activities in a financial or data management / analysis capacity preferred
Prior data validation experience
