Finance Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & MIS Executive to join our team, responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and management information systems. This role combines financial expertise with data management skills to support strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Conduct variance analysis and budget vs. actual reporting
• Manage accounts payable/receivable processes
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Maintain trackers of Invoice & PO

MIS & Reporting

• Design and maintain Management Information Systems
• Generate periodic MIS reports for senior management
• Create dashboards and automated reporting tools
• Analyze business metrics and KPIs
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
• Develop standardized reporting formats

Data Analysis & Support

• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Coordinate with various departments for data collection
• Maintain financial databases and filing systems
• Assist in system implementations and upgrades

Required Qualifications

Education & Certification

• Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in finance and MIS roles
• Knowledge of accounting software and databases

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Power BI, or similar analytics tools
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Experience with automated reporting tools
