We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations of our pharmaceuticals firm. The role will involve handling accounting entries, bank reconciliation, invoicing, ledger management, and follow-ups with parties to ensure smooth financial functioning. Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Accounting: Record and maintain all financial transactions in compliance with company policies. Invoicing: Prepare, verify, and issue invoices to customers and track payments. Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily/weekly reconciliation of bank statements with company books. Ledger Maintenance: Update and reconcile general ledger accounts regularly. Party Follow-Ups: Coordinate with customers and vendors for outstanding payments and balances. Reporting: Assist in preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, and other financial summaries. Compliance Support: Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with auditors/consultants. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com preferred). 1–3 years of experience in accounting/finance role (pharma/retail/wholesale sector experience is a plus). Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP or similar). Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic financial reporting. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
