We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Direct Selling Agents (DSA) to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling financial products such as loans directly to customers. As a DSA, you will be responsible for generating leads, explaining product details, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have good communication skills, confidence in interacting with clients, and a result-oriented approach. Prior experience in sales or finance will be an added advantage, but freshers with strong motivation and networking abilities are also welcome. This is a performance-driven role with attractive incentives and growth opportunities for dedicated individuals.
