Job Description

Role & responsibilities

P.S : It is an off-roll opportunity.

The Finance Executive - Fixed Assets will be responsible for supporting the complete lifecycle and documentation of the company's fixed assets, including:

Asset Creation:
Executing the creation of new fixed assets within the
SAP
system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Capex Payments:
Managing and releasing
Capital Expenditure (Capex)
payments by meticulously updating and tracking them in the designated tracker sheet.
Reporting:
Generating comprehensive reports detailing
Fixed Asset (FA) activities
, including additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation, for internal review and analysis.
Asset Verification & Tagging:
Coordinating with internal users across departments to conduct physical
verification of assets
and ensuring all fixed assets are correctly
tagged
for identification and tracking.
Audit Support:
Providing necessary documentation and support for
audit sample records
during internal and external financial audits.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Background:
A Bachelor of Commerce (
B.Com
) degree is mandatory.
Experience:
At least
one (1) year
of prior professional experience in Finance or Accounting.
Technical Skills:
Prior, hands-on exposure and working knowledge of the
SAP
system.
Location:
Ability to work from the
Oragadam
facility.
