Finance Executive

As a Finance Executive at the company, you will play a crucial role in handling the finance and legal aspects of various projects within the Real Estate industry with the primary focus on projects located in Gujarat. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing finance facility to clients for property loans - Assisting clients in selecting the best options for property loans and guiding them through the documentation and formalities - Handling day-to-day activities of the finance department - Solving bank queries and liaising with financial institutions for all finance and legal matters related to property loans - Preparing project finance documents, quarterly progress reports, and other related documents - Preparing RERA documents and quarterly progress reports To excel in this role, you must possess: - Significant experience and knowledge of the Real Estate industry - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills - Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office suite skills Candidates with a background in the Real Estate industry are preferred for this position.
