Your responsibilities will include: - More than 8 years of experience in the construction industry, with a preference for Residential, Bungalows, and Commercial projects. - Demonstrated time-management and supervisory skills to ensure timely project completion. - Strong attention to detail and proficiency in math to handle cost estimations, budgeting, and project planning effectively. - Establishing construction schedules and ensuring adherence to them. - Negotiating contracts, obtaining permits, and managing on-site construction personnel. - Reviewing and ensuring compliance with federal and local safety guidelines and standards. - Playing a lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects successfully. - Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing project plans. - Planning material requirements on-site and overseeing documentation work. - Verifying the work completed by the team and ensuring proper work allocation, supervision, and monitoring.
