As an individual with a strong understanding of detailed rates for construction activities including Civil, MEP, finishing, supporting infrastructure, external development, consultant fees, and other costs associated with construction, you will play a crucial role in checking project costing, budget, and cash flow in alignment with project baselines. Your responsibilities will include reviewing RA bills, invoices, and purchase orders for various projects, as well as demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of contracts and contract methodologies. You will be tasked with monitoring project costs on a regular basis, typically monthly or quarterly, and may need to conduct physical site visits to gather primary information, track project progress, and compile detailed reports based on your observations. In addition to managing construction schedules for projects, you will need to leverage your strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work. Keeping yourself updated with the latest advancements in real estate sectors, construction technology, and disruptions across various asset classes will be essential to excel in this role. Your role will involve active participation in project execution, coordination with other consultants, account management throughout the assignment duration, and overseeing deliverable quality and process management.
