Job Description

Hands on knowledge with monthly book closure process in accordance with IND AS and US GAAP. Establish Internal control systems to prevent inaccuracies in financial statements. Responsible for statutory compliances. Knowledge on Direct Taxation including Transfer pricing. Responsibilities Assisting in monthly book closure process and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. Involving in review and reconciliation of financial statement schedules on monthly basis. Assisting in Group Audit, Statutory Audit and Internal Audit. Responsible for completing all Direct tax related areas including Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing certification and filing of returns forms. Responsible for preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation for Master file. Responsible for compilation of data input for Direct Tax Assessments. Be able to co-ordinate with the Company Secretary and assisting in filing the periodic forms. Assisting Controller on Monthly schedules preparation and review Qualifications Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of experience preferably manufacturing sector. Skills Required Proficiency in MS-Office and PowerPoint Hand on experiences on ERP and MOVEX is preferable Knowledge on I GAAP, US GAAP.
