Finance Executive (Accounts Receivable)

As a Finance & Accounting Coordinator at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport, your role involves coordinating tasks and collaborating with other departments. You will serve as a role model or mentor within the department, assigning tasks and ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards. It is essential to report any work-related accidents or injuries immediately to your manager or supervisor. You will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance, uphold confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Effective communication is key in this role - using clear and professional language, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately, and answering telephones with appropriate etiquette. Building and maintaining positive working relationships, supporting your team to achieve common goals, and addressing the concerns of your colleagues are also important aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you should be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Other reasonable job duties may be assigned by your Supervisors.
