Job Description

As an Accountant, your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to the following:

Maintaining all the accounting data with use of Tally, Excel & proper filing of all paperwork
Raising Invoices and verification of Inward Remittances 
Raising work Estimates for our clients and Purchase Orders for our vendors
Handling petty cash of HO & Branches and its reconciliation
  Periodic Accounting Tasks (Weekly / Monthly / Half Yearly /Yearly)
Follow-ups with clients for payments
Checking and verifying all bills comprises of major expenses
Preparing outstanding list and making payments to vendors / suppliers
Follow up with employees for Investment Declaration & Proof of Investment
Reconciliation of GST 2B data
follow up with PF consultant for statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC,MLWF & PT
