Job Description

As a Finance Controller at our company located in Karnal, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in the finance and accounting department, reporting directly to the Managing Director. With 8-12 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3 years in a controller or senior finance role, your expertise will be essential in driving the financial success of our manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of the finance and accounting functions - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls - Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights for decision-making - Monitor and analyze financial performance and recommend improvements - Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk - Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance - 8-12 years of experience in finance and accounting - At least 3 years of experience in a controller or senior finance role This full-time position requires your physical presence at our work location.,
