Finance Controller

As a Finance Controller at our manufacturing company, your role is crucial in overseeing and managing the financial health of the organization. You will be responsible for financial planning, statutory compliance, budgeting, audits, and strengthening internal controls to ensure transparency and efficiency in all financial operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, manage, and supervise the finance & accounts function across plant, corporate, and site operations. - Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals. - Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts. - Monitor working capital, cash flows, and cost control initiatives. - Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, Income Tax, GST, and other statutory regulations. - Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits efficiently. - Implement robust internal control systems, policies, and processes. - Evaluate and monitor capital expenditure, project financing, and treasury management. - Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities. - Provide financial insights to management for decision-making. - Lead and mentor the finance team for high performance. **Qualifications:** - CA / CMA (mandatory) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts. - Experience in a manufacturing / industrial setup within a Public Limited Company is essential. In addition to the above, we prefer candidates with exposure to listed company compliances.
