Finance Team

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Identify gaps and implement process improvements to enhance reconciliation quality.

Drive standardization of reconciliation templates and procedures across entities.

Investigate and resolve aged open items in reconciliations, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address discrepancies.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing and payment application

Provide status updates and reporting on reconciliation progress and aged items resolution.

Education, Experience, and Requirements

B.Com or MBA with 3 5 years experience in accounting or finance operations.

Strong knowledge of account reconciliations and AP processes.

Familiarity with month-end closing procedures.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (preferred).

Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
