As a Finance Professional at Naviga Inc., you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of account reconciliations, driving process standardization, and resolving aged open items for accurate and timely financial reporting during the 3-month short-term contract. Key Responsibilities: - Identify gaps and implement process improvements to enhance reconciliation quality. - Drive standardization of reconciliation templates and procedures across entities. - Investigate and resolve aged open items in reconciliations, coordinating with relevant stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address discrepancies. - Provide status updates and reporting on reconciliation progress and aged items resolution. Qualifications Required: - B.Com or MBA with 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations. - Strong knowledge of account reconciliations and AP processes. - Familiarity with month-end closing procedures. - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (preferred). - Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
