Intercompany accounts and reconciliationsIntercompany billingsEnsure correct financial reporting and SOX compliance.Ensure meeting regular audit deliverables.Ensure support in various projectsEnsure delivering on monthly dashboardsEnsure escalating matters at correct timeHandle complex queries related to IC structure/processesShould be able to support/lead Mergers and Acquisitions and integrating the financials of new acquisition
