Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Associate located in Kochi. The Finance Associate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and performing various finance-related tasks. The role involves analyzing financial data, monitoring and reporting on financial performance, and supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting GST and TDS Reconciliation with government portal CA Preferred or Equivalent Qualifications 2-3 years of post qualification experience Preparation of balance sheets Strong Analytical Skills and knowledge in Finance Excellent Communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Experience with financial software and tools is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
