Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Administrator located in Noida. The IT Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support, managing network and system administration, and troubleshooting IT issues. Daily tasks include monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of networks, servers, and systems, and responding to technical support requests from end-users. The role requires close collaboration with other IT team members to ensure system efficiency and security. Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Experience in configuring computers as per Organization security policies Experience in MDM (Intune etc.) Network Administration and System Administration experience Strong background in Information Technology Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in an on-site IT administrative role is preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 2-3 years of experience
