Job Title: Finance Associate

Job Description:
We are looking for a Finance Associate to join our Finance team. The primary responsibility will be to handle Travel Claim Processing and provide day-to-day support to the Finance team in various operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify employee travel claims accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and finance guidelines in claim processing.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of travel claims.
• Provide support to the Finance team in routine financial operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams to resolve queries related to claims.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
