Job Description

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end processes and tasks at a conceptual level, driving process improvement initiatives. You will track, analyze, and report metrics related to your assigned areas of responsibility to divisional operations, as assigned by the team lead. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and resolving assigned ServiceNow tickets in a timely manner. - Identifying recurring or systemic issues and initiating corrective action through the creation of new guidance, policies, or procedures. In addition to the above, you will be responsible for coordinating responses and conducting file reviews for corporate audits, drafting responses to audit-related queries, and supporting team flexibility through cross-training and filling in based on needs. You will also update and maintain startup materials, conduct startup assignments, and manage agendas and presentations for quarterly calls with project finance teams. Furthermore, you will be involved in completing local and home office/field office reconciliations, ensuring ABACUS transactions are correctly integrated, and providing guidance and technical support to field office accountants. You will also oversee timely clearance of intercompany accounts, monitor project AR/AP, and reconcile complex intercompany accounts. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - 5+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience, including reconciliations and audit support. - Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (D365 experience highly preferred). - Familiarity with ServiceNow and corporate audit practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues independently. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. - Demonstrated leadership and process improvement experience.
