Salary : Rs. 15000 – 20,000/month

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Finance and Accounting Expert who can understand client requirements, analyze their financial processes, and work closely with our tech team to build and automate finance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with accounting tools and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients to understand their finance and accounting requirements in detail.
• Analyze existing financial workflows and identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Translate client requirements into clear process documents for the tech/development team.
• Support the tech team in designing, validating, and implementing finance automation solutions.
• Work with accounting software such as Zoho Books, Zoho Finance Suite, Tally, Xero, or QuickBooks.
• Provide financial insights, process clarifications, and workflow logic to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client requirements, process flows, and system configurations.
• Support clients during training, on boarding, and post-implementation phases.
• Perform financial data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting when required.

Requirements :

• Education: B.Com / M.Com with minimum 90% marks in Accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and business finance processes.
• Excellent English communication skills—both spoken and written.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and general financial tools.
• Knowledge of accounting software: Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite, Tally, Xero, QuickBooks.
• Ability to understand processes deeply and communicate them clearly to tech teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Professional attitude, integrity, and a keen interest in finance automation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
