Finance & Admin Executive (Senior)

As a potential candidate for the Finance & Administration role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to financial operations, statutory compliance, administrative and HR support, as well as internal coordination & communication. Key Responsibilities: - Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally, such as sales, purchases, expenses, and petty cash - Prepare profit and loss summaries, basic financial reports, and maintain project-wise costing - Visit banks for cheque deposits, document submissions, and cash withdrawals - Segregate and reconcile GST inputs monthly and maintain an internal compliance calendar - Liaise with the Statutory Auditor for filing various returns and year-end financial statements - Maintain employee records, implement HR policies, and handle day-to-day employee coordination - Coordinate office administrative tasks, vendor management, inventory tracking, and manage petty cash - Assist in the settlement of employee reimbursements and support documentation and reporting across departments Qualifications Required: - BCom, MCom, or completion of Articleship If you demonstrate consistent execution, ownership, and process expertise in these responsibilities, there is potential for this role to evolve into a Finance & Administration Manager position over time. Additionally, once established, you may have the opportunity to hire and delegate tasks to a junior accountant.,
