Finance & Accounts

1. Budgeting & Analytics:

• Lead the business budget exercise for Appco US and Indian RND
• Preparation of latest estimates, Est PL
• Preparation of sales Latest estimates and highlighting risks / opportunities to achieve the sales target for the month / quarter
• Analyze and understand in depth all the costs in the business that can impact the profitability
• Benchmarking with peers & industry

Financial statements and Management Reporting:

1. Prepare monthly / quarterly MIS, analytical reviews to enable actionable insights of the historical financials and explanations of the variance between actuals vs Budget / Latest Estimates
2. Monthly preparation of Sales variance file and circulation
3. Conduct monthly reviews of Revenues & Expenses and analyze variances
4. Presentations to TOP Management on business health & performance on monthly
5. Presentations to Board and Audit Committee on Quarterly / Annually
6. Maintain updated latest estimates for the upcoming month. Quarter, etc.,

Other Support:

• Analytical Support for Monthly / quarterly reviews
• Support in Financial Accounting and preparation of Consolidated financials for group including subsidiaries
• Track cost improvement plans

• Academic Background and Key experience:

• CA/CMA with around 1/2 years of experience in Planning, Budgeting, Analysis, Accounting
• CA- Inter /MBA With 6 to 7 Years of Experience
• Good Business acumen
• Analytical frame of mind with an orientation to go in details should be able to analyze trends draw insights from data
