As a Financial Reporting Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, variance analysis, cash flow management, and working capital management. You will utilize your expertise in financial management to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data. Additionally, you will work closely with the project team to monitor client receivables and optimize financial performance across projects. The ideal candidate for this role will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector. You should have a strong understanding of financial record-keeping and reporting as per IND AS, as well as experience in preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Your responsibilities will also include financial management, budgeting, forecasts, cost control, and variance analysis. You will be expected to partner with business and site teams to provide financial and administrative insights, identify opportunities for cost efficiency, and drive innovation and process improvement. Knowledge of IND AS and construction contract accounting will be beneficial in this role. This position is based in Chennai and requires a qualified CA or CMA with 2-6 years of relevant experience.
