As a candidate for the position of US Finance & Accounts profile at iRapido Global in Faridabad, you will be responsible for various finance and accounting tasks. Role Overview: You will be joining the Faridabad office as an accountant and will be expected to have a good understanding of accounting principles and practices. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately preparing journal entries, reconciling and balancing the general ledger, creating and distributing invoices, preparing financial statements, and managing compliance with local accounting laws and regulations. Additionally, you will be required to manage company accounts, have experience in data entry, and be willing to contribute to all 3 towers (P2P, O2C, R2R) of accounting. Key Responsibilities: - Good knowledge of accounting and best practices - Accurately prepare journal entries & record financial transactions - Reconcile, balance general ledger and track deviations from the budget - Create / process and distribute invoices - Create financial statements, aging analysis & reports - Prepare & file tax returns and manage compliance with local accounting laws & regulations - Able to manage company accounts - Data Entry experience - Hands-on experience of invoice processing, debtors & creditors reconciliation - Willingness to learn and contribute in all 3 towers (P2P, O2C, R2R) of accounting Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience - UG/PG in Commerce Stream - Proficiency in bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intact, PDI, SAP, Oracle, or Tally - Excellent communication skills - Strong understanding of basic Excel formulas like V-lookup, If function, H-lookup, Sum, Pivot table, etc, and typing skills - Relevant experience in the same domain Please note that this is a full-time position with health insurance benefits provided.
