Finance & Accounts Executive (Manufacturing)

We are a growing automobile filter manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality filtration products. As we expand, we are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive who can not only manage our finances but also provide business insights to help us optimize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including balance sheets, P&L statements, and ledgers.
• Prepare financial projections, budgets, and cash flow statements.
• Track cash in hand, receivables, and payables on a daily/weekly basis.
• Generate and manage customer/vendor bills and invoices.
• Conduct product-level profitability analysis (which filters earn higher margins, which cause losses).
• Provide costing insights and financial advice to management for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax filings, and statutory requirements.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards in Excel for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounts & finance (preferably in manufacturing/SME sector).
• Strong command of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, financial modeling).
• Good understanding of costing, profitability analysis, and projections.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
