Finance & Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day financial transactions, assist with month-end reporting, and ensure accuracy in accounting processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data accuracy.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (Freshers may apply depending on the company).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
