Finance & Accounts Executive

As a Finance & Accounts Executive at FinAGG NBFC, your main responsibility will be to ensure robust financial operations by managing accounting operations, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting audits and reconciliations. You will play a crucial role in democratizing credit for MSMEs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage daily accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations - Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and MIS reports - File TDS and GST returns accurately and on time - Ensure adherence to latest tax laws and regulatory changes - Reconcile bank statements, vendor/customer ledgers - Support statutory and internal audits with required documentation - Work hands-on with Tally and Advanced Excel - Use Excel tools (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.) to streamline financial reporting - Partner with operations, credit, and leadership to aid financial decisions - Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the finance head **Qualification Required:** - B.Com/M.Com - Strong command over Tally and Excel - Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and core accounting principles - Proven experience handling high-volume transactions - Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Join FinAGG in their mission and contribute to the financial backbone of one of India's fastest-growing fintech NBFCs.
