Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounts Executive to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting, budgeting, payroll, and statutory compliance. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, timely reporting, and smooth coordination with auditors and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
• Track and manage project budgets and expenses
• Handle financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis
• Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements
• Ensure timely and accurate GST and TDS filings
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control strategies

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in Finance and Accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of Tally/ Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
• Proficiency in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
