About the Role

Film/Videographer

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage based on project briefs, scripts, or storyboard directions.
• Operate professional cameras, lighting equipment, drones (where applicable), and audio tools.
• Set up shots, lighting, and scenes to achieve the desired mood, style, and visual quality.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, editors, and creative teams to execute project goals.
• Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring it is in top working condition.
• Provide raw or lightly edited footage to the post-production team on schedule.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and creativity across all captured visuals.
• Follow remote production guidelines and adapt to virtual direction when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer or Camera Operator.
• Proficiency with DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras, and video accessories.
• Strong understanding of lighting techniques, framing, composition, and audio capture.
• Ability to work independently and follow creative direction remotely.
• Good knowledge of basic editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut) is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and visual creativity.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

• Drone operation certification (where applicable).
• Experience in shooting interviews, documentaries, events, or branded content.
• Knowledge of color profiles, lenses, and camera settings for different environments.
