Job Title: Field Service Engineer Job Summary: The Field Service Engineer will provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for equipment and systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and customer service abilities. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair equipment at client sites Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues Perform routine maintenance and calibration of systems Provide training and support to customers on equipment usage Document service activities, including reports and logs Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering (Electrical/Electronics) Strong technical knowledge of equipment and systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and travel to customer locations Good communication and customer service skills Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance Job Type: Full-time Pay: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Willingness to travel: Across India for Support and Installation work Work Location: In person
