Conduct daily on-field visits to potential clients to understand their water quality issues, compliance needs (pollution control norms), and operational challenges.
Present Jalamrut's STP, ETP, RO, UF, DM, ZLD solutions, explaining benefits such as cost savings, reduced downtime, improved compliance, and better water reuse efficiency.
Demonstrate how upgrading/automating their current system can improve performance, efficiency, and long-term operational cost reduction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and institutional clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable water or wastewater treatment solutions.
Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and solution alignment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct site visits, presentations, and technical discussions as needed.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and technological developments in the field.

Requirements

Experience: sales or business development, preferably in water treatment or industrial sales.
Education: Bachelors degree.
Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of the functioning of water and wastewater treatment plants (e.g., STPs, ETPs, RO systems), MS Office, Creating and Maintaining sales trackers.
Soft Skills:

Strong people skills and communication abilities
High situational awareness and problem-solving approach
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams
