Figma Prototyping Specialist - (Noon-shift)

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX-UI Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong visual aesthetic, proficiency in digital design, and hands-on experience with Figma prototyping. You’ll collaborate across teams to bring ideas to life through engaging and effective design assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling graphics for digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and product interfaces.
• Build interactive Figma prototypes for UI/UX projects, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all channels.
• Translate business and marketing goals into impactful visual storytelling.
• Work with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
• Prepare final designs for production, including export of assets for development or print.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma,

  especially with prototyping

  and

  auto layouting

  .
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Must be comfortable to work in the noon shift i.e 3 pm to 12:00 am IST

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for SaaS or tech products.
• Basic understanding of front-end development or web frameworks.
• Motion graphics or video editing skills (a plus).
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, After Effects, or Lottie.
