Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Trial Management

Coordinate with universities, research institutions, and farmers for trial setups.
Ensure proper implementation of trials including sowing, application, observation, and harvesting.
Manage trial documentation, sample collection, and on-field data accuracy.

2. Data Collection & Statistical Analysis

Collect agronomic, entomological, pathological, and soil-related data from field trials.
Perform statistical analysis of trial data using appropriate tools.
Interpret results to support product positioning and registration.

3. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare detailed trial reports, technical documents, and summary presentations.
Maintain accurate records of field activities, observations, and outcomes.
Support submission of data for regulatory or product development requirements.

4. Coordination & Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development.
Coordinate with field trial teams across states to ensure consistency and timely reporting.
Share field insights, competitor benchmarking, and product performance updates.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation skills.
Ability to create trial reports, technical documents, and presentations.
Excellent proficiency in
MS Excel
and
PowerPoint
.
Good communication skills and computer literacy.
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with multiple teams across states.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking and proactive working style.
