As a Field Tech Associate-End User Computing in NTT DATA, your main responsibilities will include: - Providing support to End Users in a Client Environment - Working on Day-to-Day Incident Resolution & Request Fulfilment aligned to ITIL Framework - Handling IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) for Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Printers, and other IT Equipment - Learning new and emerging technologies as per business requirements The qualifications and preferences required for this role are as follows: - 1 to 3 years of experience in End User Computing, IT Support, Asset Management - Good troubleshooting skills in Windows, Office, COTS & End User Hardware Support - Basic understanding of ITL Framework - Experience in using ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy etc. - Good Communication Skills (Written & Spoken) in English - Ability to physically perform general office requirements - Willingness to work on rotational shifts 24x7 - Travel including overnight domestic may be required About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30 billion global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
