Field Survey Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee drone-based survey projects across various locations.
• Lead on-ground field teams and ensure timely, quality execution of survey operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for project planning, resource allocation, and data management.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and operational protocols.
• Conduct site assessments and provide technical input on survey methodologies.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project scope and provide regular updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geospatial Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field operations and project execution.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the drone or surveying industry.
• Hands-on experience with drone operations and related software/tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in diverse field conditions.

Preferred:|

• Certification in drone operations (DGCA or equivalent)
• PMP or other project management certification
