Field Specialist - FRAC

Role Overview: As a Fracturing Specialist at Baker Hughes, you will be responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and managing production-related activities and processes in accordance with relevant procedures and best practices. Your role will involve operating meetings, safety meetings, and daily operation follow-ups to ensure the smooth functioning of production operations. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting production operation continuity - Coordinating, overseeing, and managing the assembly and/or disassembly of mechanical pumping units - Providing records of equipment and other materials to the customer representative at the rig/well site - Coordinating and supervising activities of your team via assignments, job or project management, administration, and technical support - Making reports and preparing all necessary supporting documentation to bill supplies, jobs, and services to the client - Performing any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor within a field of competence that is in the best interest of the organization - Complying and enforcing quality, health, safety, and environment standards and acting proactively Qualifications Required: - SSC or equivalent and trade certificate from a reputed vocational institute with a minimum of 5 years relevant field experience - Ability to work on equipment/tools like a blender, hydration unit, LAS unit, sand king, and high-pressure pumps - Relevant experience in maintaining and troubleshooting HYDRO FRAC equipment - Skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding - Willingness to gain industry experience and undergo any additional required training - Ability to travel nationally and internationally to work with customers on-site (Note: Additional Company Details have been omitted as per the request),
